Our Story
At Memphis Mischief Mousery, we are more than just breeders; we are enthusiasts with a deep passion for these tiny, delightful creatures. Our journey began years ago when we discovered the unique charm and personality of fancy mice. Since then, our home has been filled with the pitter-patter of little feet, the rustling of bedding, and the occasional squeak of excitement.
Life, however, has not always been smooth. We've faced numerous challenges that tested our resilience. Losing our car for a week, the heartbreaking passing of my wife's mother, dealing with plumbing and AC issues in the main room, and going without a fridge for months have all been tough hurdles. Yet, through it all, our mice have been our sanctuary. Their playful antics and gentle presence have brought us immense joy and tranquility, serving as a constant reminder of the beauty of life's simpler pleasures.
Our Breeding Goals
Our breeding program is driven by a commitment to excellence. We aim to produce mice that not only look stunning but also have the health and temperament to match. Our focus is on a variety of colors and coat types, each carefully selected for its unique appeal.
Satin Blue Point Siamese Texels: With their silky coats and striking blue points, these mice are a sight to behold.
Abyssinian Coats: These curly-coated wonders are a favorite of ours, known for their distinctive and adorable appearance.
Satins, Splashes, Tricolors, Merles, and C-Dilutes: We love the diversity these patterns and colors bring to our mousery. Each mouse is a masterpiece in its own right, and we take great pride in our ability to bring out the best in these traits.

Below is a photo of my current favorite mouse that we have produced here! Her name is Princess and she was bred from a showtype BPS doe and a Satin White Tan Abyssinian Angora Buck! She will be bred back to her father to bring out those recessives; Satin, Abyssinian, and Angora! Potentially fox as well:)
